• I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that ?

We apologize for the inconvenience but once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to revisit their order details carefully before submitting their order.

• Can I order online and pick-up in store ?

Pick up is available in Atlanta only. 

• In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will Isha Hair Collection cover the cost of my Hair appointment and/or cancellation fees? 

No, Isha Hair Collection will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments.  Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments.

• How many ounces is included in each bundle?

100 grams or 3.5oz

• What color does the hair come in?

Our hair comes in a natural black/dark brown color unless otherwise stated in the details that accompany each of our products. 

• What's the difference between a frontal and closure? 

Frontals span from ear to ear and are more versatile for styling. Closures are placed in the center front of the head or on either side of the head to close the style.

• Does the hair shed?

Please expect extremely minimal shedding because all hair sheds.. Please bear in mind, different styling manipulations can cause extra shedding( ie, tightly curled, being heavy handed, using harsh tools/products, etc) so please take proper precautions when styling/manipulating your hair.

• How do I measure my extensions ?  

The way that curly and wavy bundles measure are by pulling the curls straight. By pulling the hair straight, you will achieve the accurate length.  

When measuring your bundles, start by measuring from the weft and pull the measuring tape to the end of the strands.

 

-For example, Raw Indian Wavy hair in 22” on arrival may measure at 20”. Pull the hair straight and you will see that it is actually 22”. 

• What are your tips for general maintenance?

Co-wash the hair every week or as often as needed and do your best to use products that are free of sulfates and parabens.

Steer clear of heavy products such as grease, etc. especially on the straight/wavy textures. A light serum can be added for additional shine/smoothness or to tame frizz.

Deep conditioning is also recommended at least once a month.

• How to choose which hair texture is best for you? 

The curlier the hair, the higher the maintenance. If you just want to wake up and go, We recommend you stick with the straight and loose wavy textures. If you're daring and a bit more experienced in the hair world, give the deep wave/curly textures a try!

All orders are packaged and shipped from the USA. 

Shipping time varies for each product but typically items are to be expected 5-10 business days after receiving notification of shipment depending on your location. 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Isha hair collection fully commits to providing you not only high quality raw virgin hair products, but a high quality shopping and customer service experience.  

Due to hygiene issues and the custom nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges only for hair bundles, closures, frontals, and accessories.  All sales are final.
