What payment installment options are available online?

We offer Shop Pay Installments, allowing eligible customers to split their purchase into convenient installment payments at checkout.

I placed an order online but want to cancel. Can I do that?

We apologize for any inconvenience; however, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Please carefully review all order details, including your selected products, lengths, and quantities, before submitting your order.

All sales are final.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Atlanta, Georgia only.

PRODUCTS

How many ounces are included in each bundle?

Each bundle weighs approximately 100 grams (3.5 oz).

What color does the hair come in?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our hair comes in a natural black to dark brown color.

Because our hair is raw and naturally sourced, slight variations in color may occur from bundle to bundle.

What's the difference between a frontal and a closure?

A frontal typically extends from ear to ear and offers more versatility when styling, including the ability to create different parting options and styles.

A closure is a smaller lace piece placed at the top front of the installation to create a natural-looking finish. Closures can be worn with a middle part or side part, depending on the closure size and installation.

Does the hair shed?

Please expect extremely minimal shedding, as all hair naturally sheds to some extent.

Excessive styling or manipulation may cause additional shedding. This can include tightly curling the hair, excessive brushing, using harsh tools or products, or being heavy-handed during styling.

We recommend handling and maintaining your extensions with care to minimize shedding and maximize longevity.

How do I measure my extensions?

Curly and wavy extensions are measured by gently pulling the hair straight to reveal its full length.

To measure your bundles:

Start at the weft of the bundle.
Gently pull the hair straight.
Measure from the weft to the ends of the strands.

For example, a 22-inch Raw Indian Wavy bundle may appear closer to 20 inches when it arrives in its natural wave pattern. When gently stretched straight, it will measure approximately 22 inches.

How do I choose the best hair texture for me?

Generally, the curlier the texture, the more maintenance it requires.

If you prefer a low-maintenance, easy-to-style look, we recommend choosing a straight or loose wavy texture.

If you're comfortable with a little more maintenance and enjoy defining curls and experimenting with different looks, a curly texture may be the perfect choice for you.

Consider your lifestyle, styling routine, and desired level of maintenance when selecting your texture.

HAIR MAINTENANCE

What are your tips for general maintenance?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions, we recommend:

Co-washing the hair weekly or as often as needed.
Using products that are free of sulfates and parabens.
Avoiding heavy products, such as grease and excessive oils, especially on straight and wavy textures.
Using a lightweight serum for additional shine, smoothness, and frizz control.
Deep conditioning the hair at least once per month.

Proper maintenance and gentle handling will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your extensions.

APPOINTMENTS & DELIVERY

If my delivery is delayed and I miss my hair appointment, will Isha Hair Collection cover my appointment or cancellation fees?

No. Isha Hair Collection is not responsible for any fees associated with missed, canceled, or rescheduled hair appointments due to shipping or delivery delays.

We strongly recommend waiting until you have received and confirmed your complete order before scheduling or confirming any hair appointments.

SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from the United States.

Shipping times vary depending on the product and delivery location. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your selected shipping method and location.

Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate. Any applicable processing timeframe will be provided on the relevant product page or during checkout.
